End of Year Recap Connected Image:

I find connected carousel posts extremely engaging. It’s like an elaborate mural but putting it together is one big puzzle. For @clubshayshay’s end of the year recap, I created one large “Best of Club Shay Shay in 2020” in Adobe Photoshop (5400×1350). Next I made the inside of the Polaroids transparent and exported the final collage as a png. Then I cut it into five (1080×1350) pieces (check out my BTS story on Instagram at @agreencreates to see this step). Finally, I dragged it into Adobe Premiere where I put the video behind the template. Voilá!

Audio Animation:

When trying to figure out how to grow the social presence of Club Shay Shay podcast with Shannon Sharpe, I wanted to use short audio clips as teases. That made reels the perfect medium to share this content. I built a vertical template in after effects and premiere based on the graphics package for the podcast. Strategically, we release an audio only version on Monday and then follow up with the video version on Wednesday. This audio waveform in reel version gets much higher distribution as well as drives listens and downloads on the podcast platforms. This particular reel with Isiah Thomas was picked up in the media and even mentioned on a competitor’s network (hint starts with an E, ends with an N).
